Depeche Mode single ‘Peace | Come Back' released on 15 June 2009 It was their 2nd single from the Sounds Of The Universe Album, c/w Come Back [Jonsi remix] on the b-side [7 inch vinyl], Martin Gore told The Sun newspaper, that he thought “Peace” was one of his favourite songs that he has ever written. The music video for “Peace” was filmed in Romania by French duo Jonas & Francois and marks the first Depeche Mode video to not include any of the band members because of Dave Gahan’s illness. It was the first single by Depeche Mode not to be issued official on 12" vinyl since “Dreaming of me” in 1981, but as alternative there’s a great club promo of ’‘Peace’' on vinyl to collect.
