Triple premiere in Berlin: Depeche Mode will perform on the release day of their new album 'Spirit' an exclusive concert for Telekom Street Gigs on march 17th at Funkhaus Berlin. Through the cooperation of the telecommunications company from Bonn with Twitter, fans across the globe can be part of this outstanding event. For the first time a concert will be broadcasted worldwide with Twitter #Live. At the same time, it is the first live stream on Twitter in Germany. This can be watched starting at 8pm at @streetgigs and streetgigs.twitter.com. Finally, yet importantly, it is the first performance of the band in a 360° live stream brought to a global audience via live.telekom-streetgigs.de.
Talking about the live stream, Depeche Mode's Dave Gahan said, 'We are thrilled that we can give fans on a variety of social communities and devices the chance to watch us perform as if they were actually with us in the building.'
Milestone with Twitter

New dimension: Depeche Mode live in 360 degrees
For the first time a concert of one of the most influential, beloved and best-selling musical acts of all time can be viewed in 360°. Filmed with multiple 360° cameras fans will experience the show like being in the same room. Telekom will show the performance at Funkhaus Berlin worldwide live via live.telekom-streetgigs.de.
