On April 26, 2017, prior to the start of the Global Spirit Tour, Depeche Mode played a special, intimate show to a crowd of about 300 fans and guests at the Masonic Lodge at Los Angeles’ Hollywood Forever Cemetery. With this concert the iconic band started its world-tour.
Within the Global Spirit Tour the band visited Hungary too. On the 22nd of May the Depeche Mode held a concert in the Groupama Sport Arena of Budapest. It was the eleventh time the band held a concert in Hungary.
The emblematic band started the concert with their philosophic song titled Going Backwards. Their new album the Spirit (that one is on the show within the tour), made a lot of work for the band as they restarted to play after a four-year long brake. They are “living in the tour-bus”, holding concerts every second days in new cities, for ten and ten thousands of their fans…The most amazing thing is that…and they are not tired.
They were amazing the Hungarian capital too. Let’s have a taste of the Spirit of Depeche Mode…
